Senior 3G/LTE/5G NR Radio network planning/design/performance/optimization positions available. Selected candidate will be based in Toronto, Canada but must be willing to travel within and outside the region for extended period of time. Below are the minimum responsibilities and qualification requirements:

Design and/or optimization of 3G/LTE/5G wireless networks or any other vendor specific GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks.

◈ Design, dimensioning and optimization of 2G/3G/4G & 5G wireless networks
◈ Perform RF planning and design, traffic planning and issue search rings
◈ Responsible for system integration and optimization
◈ Create cell site database for new and existing sites using Planet or Asset

◈ 3 to 5 years experience in radio network planning and optimization of 2G/3G/LTE wireless networks
◈ Minimum (2) years experience with Ericsson/or Huawei/or Nokia BTS/BSC/MSC equipment’s
◈ KPI parameter optimization
◈ Experience with frequency & PN planning,
◈ Highly skilled and experienced with Xcal or TEMS Investigation drivetest equipment or any other optimization test unit.
◈ Possess very good analytical skills for investigating system performance issues
◈ 2G /3G/LTE Frequency planning experience
◈ Site design experience with atleast one of the following RF propagation tools; Asset, Planet, dB Planner, Atoll etc.
◈ Post-processing experience with TEMS, Actix
◈ Experience conducting CW coverage &performance drive tests
◈ Very strong computer skills, including Windows, MS Office (Excel, Excel macros, Word, Access, Power Point), UNIX, Visual basic, MapInfo
◈ Solid leadership, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
◈ Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia 2G/3G/LTE OSS & BSS experience
◈ RAN, Node B, eNodeB integration
◈ Ability and flexibility to work internationally

◈ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, science or related field
