We are seeking experienced tower crew members to join our engineering firm in Toronto, Canada. We are building new installation teams to undertake various cell site activities including, new installations, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning for our various clients

◈ Ability to work in an RF environment, troubleshooting interference and perform interference analysis
◈ Ability to diagnosis and execute fault finding across BTS/eNodeb Radio equipment and Antenna systems
◈ Knowledge and Installation of base stations, eNode B’s of key OEM vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei
◈ Climbs and works on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing and repairing radio and antenna systems equipment
◈ Completes required daily Job Safety Analysis’ (JSA’s)
◈ Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load.
◈ Analyzes situations accurately and adopts an appropriate course of action
◈ Effective Communication both orally and in writing
◈ Follows instructions accurately and complete assigned course of action
◈ Recognizes safety hazards and performs duties in a safe manner
◈ Maintains clean, orderly environment adhering to company policies and industry regulation/standard(s) (OSHA)
◈ Knowledge of custom tower rigging techniques
◈ Ability to performs tape drops and GPS antenna alignment
◈ Installation of antennas, Radios, ground kits, RET systems
◈ Runs required lines to top of the tower; ground coax lines and builds different sizes and types of connectors
◈ Stacks tower steel and installs of sector mounts
◈ Microwave dish and radio installations and path alignment
◈ Other duties as assigned

◈ Knowledge and experience of major carrier sites including LTE, NSB, Electrical, Civil, DAS, and/or Small Cell
◈ Experience installing RF and antenna system components such as BTS, RRU’s, antennas, TMA’s, diplexers, COAX, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.
◈ Ability to identify essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work according to client requirements and industry methods of procedures (MOP)
◈ Ability to operate and care for tools of trade (hand and power tools and test gear)
◈ Knowledgeable with the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
◈ Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers
◈ Ability to work with limited supervision.
◈ Ability to prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines
◈ Ability to read, implement and redline RFDS and site CDs
◈ Ability to and knowledge of safety analysis, promote team safety and proper PPE with risk mitigation.
◈ Ability to closeout packages according to field requirements
◈ Ability to push, pull, lift in excess of 50 lbs
◈ Must be able to work at various heights
◈ Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
◈ Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time
◈ High School or GED Equivalent Required /Other Skills/Abilities
◈ Ability to distinguish and identify colors/color schemes

◈ Ability to meet physical demands of the job
◈ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
◈ Ability to bend, lift, twist, squat, kneel, sit for extended periods of time
